We recommend planning your travels at least three to four months in advance to ensure
you can complete any necessary applications, interviews, and/or visas for your travels.

Requesting an Invitation Letter:
If you would like to request an invitation letter from VeeCon for your visa application, you must first register your ticket to VeeCon*. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration confirmation number available and email support@veecon.co.
*Ticket registration will begin in spring
