VeeCon is a multi-day superconference with discussions and performances from iconic and emerging leaders in web3, Business, and Popular Culture. VeeCon 2023 is the 2nd annual first-of-its-kind NFT-ticketed super-conference for the VeeFriends and the Web3 community to come together and learn, share ideas and build lasting relationships.
VeeCon 2023 will be held in Indianapolis, IN, at White River State Park, TCU Amphitheater, and Lucas Oil Stadium from May 18, 2023, to May 20, 2023.

VeeCon 2023 Ticket NFTs have been airdropped to wallets of VeeFriends Series 1 holders from our snapshot taken on March 7th at 5:55 PM EST. For each VeeFriends S1 NFT held in your wallet at the time of the snapshot, the wallet holding the VeeFriends S1 NFTs received the equivalent amount of VeeCon 2023 Ticket(s).

No, there will not be tickets available at the door.
It is not necessary to have your ticket stored in a hot wallet in anticipation of any unexpected ticket activations or announcements during VeeCon 23. We strongly recommend that attendees leave their wallets at home as a registered ticket on the VeeCon app is sufficient for gaining entry and enjoying the full VeeCon experience.
No, there are no additional benefits to be gained from having a scanned ticket for VeeCon 23. The purpose of ticket registration is to accurately estimate the expected number of attendees, so we kindly request that only those who intend to attend VeeCon 2023 register their tickets.
No, parking around Lucas Oil Stadium is not accessible for free. There are 10+ hotels within walking distance (no more than 4 blocks) from both venues. Ride-sharing app prices will be fairly low and parking prices can be significantly higher.
Attendees will need to organize their transportation to and from the venue. VeeCon will take place in White River State Park, TCU Amphitheater, and Lucas Oil Stadium, within walking distance from all the recommended hotels.
No, there is no RV Parking at Lucas Oil Stadium.
We recommend you get the rates by checking in advance the ride-sharing apps as this will depend on your exact hotel location.
Public Transportation: IndyGo provides bus service with over 30 fixed routes from their downtown transportation hub. The new Red Line is Indy’s first bus rapid transit line with electric buses, platform boarding, and high-frequency service along 13 miles stretching from Broad Ripple in the north to the University of Indianapolis in the south.
Yes, we would like to give all VeeCon attendees a head up that there will be the Indy 500 Race Qualifying Weekend. Important to plan for accommodations and to plan for traffic and arrive early.

Downtown Indy restaurant scene is recognized as one of “America’s Favorite Food Cities” by Food & Wine, as well as USA Today’s “Top Five Best Beer Cities”. With more than 80% of Indy Downtown dining options owned and operated locally, it’s easy to support locals and eat where the locals eat!
There is no dress code for VeeCon – we want you to wear what makes you comfortable!
VeeCon is an inclusive environment and welcomes costumes. For the avoidance of doubt, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
Any guest who comes in a costume Event Management deems unsafe, possible nuisance or disruption, or can interfere with the event or its guests will be asked to leave.
We recommend that you do not bring any bags to the stadium. All guests will be subject to a search of their possessions before entering the stadium. Therefore, guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by a security representative to shift and possibly remove the contents.
Suitcases and any bag larger than the standard backpack size of 22” x 14” x 9” are strictly prohibited.
You will be required to present a government-issued photo ID at the door to verify that your identity matches the information provided on the VeeCon app before entering the stadium. Approved photo IDs:
There is no age restriction for the event; however, anyone who wants to enter must have a ticket and present it at the door to enter the stadium.
Children under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to enter VeeCon 2023.
Every individual who attends VeeCon will need a VeeCon 2023 Ticket NFT in order for entrance.
No, there will not be lockers for attendees to use at White River State Park, TCU Amphitheater and Lucas Oil Stadium.
There are no age restrictions to attending VeeCon. However, every attendee will need to present a VeeCon Ticket to enter the event.
All of the events at White River State Park, TCU Amphitheater, and Lucas Oil Stadium occur rain or shine. Any changes to this procedure will be noted on our website & discord prior to the event.

VeeCon has established this Guest Code of Conduct that will allow everyone in attendance at the venue to enjoy all aspects of the event. Any violations of these rules could result in immediate expulsion from the venue. Guests are prohibited from:

Patrons are subject to inspection of persons, parcels, bags, containers and/or clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections, however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.
We are excited for you to share your VeeCon 2023 (the “Event”) experiences with your friends on social media. Still, it’s imperative that our community also respects the rights of the creators that participate in VeeCon. This Attendee Photo & Video Policy covers what is and is not allowed so that we can all achieve our goals when we refer to “content” that includes, without limitation, videos, clips, photographs, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software made available to the attendee during the Event.
Guests are welcome to use still cameras and phones for personal use at Lucas Oil Stadium. DSLR cameras with lenses under 6 inches are permitted. Please note video cameras and video recording of events with other devices at Lucas Oil Stadium is prohibited. Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks,” and any cameras with a lens longer than 6″ (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium.
Please note, it is prohibited to live stream or capture talks and performances in their entirety to protect the intellectual property of Veecon and the experience.
